Brier Undressed

Brier!! Small Town Feel, Just 4 miles From Downtown SEATTLE!!

Walking through the crackling red fall colors in Brier City Park, one could easily forget that we’re actually in the ‘big city.’  Brier has the amazing capability of taking you to a small contry town, miles from anywhere, where people still smile and wave as you pass them in your car. 

Exactly 4.2 miles away is the famous Pike Stree Market in the heart of downtown Seattle.  Pardon the sounding a bit Frazier Crane-ish, but this writer does love being so close to the big city, touring with out of town family and friends, the Space Needle the ‘SAM’ Seattle Art Museums, the Many Theaters…  There are so many great things about being in Metro Area, while in actuallity living in a small town within.

 We took these photos while some family were visiting this last December.
